RDC-UA: Une Task force créée pour soutenir le mandat de Tumba Nzeza au Conseil Exécutif de l’Union Africaine
La RDC a créé une Task force, dans le but d’accompagner la ministre d’État en charge des Affaires Étrangères, Marie Tumba Nzeza, dans l’exercice de son mandat de présidente du Conseil Exécutif de l’Union africaine pour l’exercice 2021-2022.
12 membres recrutés parmi les hauts cadres de la diplomatie congolaise composent cette structure technique. La Task force sera dirigée par un comité composé d’un coordonnateur, de son adjoint et du secrétaire rapporteur. Dans son fonctionnement, la structure peut en cas de besoin, recourir à l’expertise des consultants dont les compétences techniques et professionnelles sont de nature à contribuer à la réalisation de sa mission.
La durée de la Task force correspond à celle du mandat de la présidence du conseil exécutif de l’UA pour l’exercice 2021-2022. Il faut signaler que pendant sa durée, la Task force va bénéficier d’une dotation émargeant du budget de l’État pour les besoins de son fonctionnement. « Elle peut bénéficier d’appuis matériels ou financiers de la part des partenaires bilatéraux ou multilatéraux » , précise l’arrêté de Tumba Nzeza.
